Mettle’s Cadetship Program is a structured 2-3 year program where the chosen candidates will be involved with and responsible for meaningful and challenging work within the different business areas of Mettle. You will start off in the Estimating Department then work on-site as a site cadet/project coordinator, and the last 12 months will be tailored to YOUR interest and career goals.
